Теперь штраф за отсутствие необходимого уведомления будет составлять 7-12 тыс. рублей вместо 3-5 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц и 24-48 тыс. рублей вместо 10-20 тыс. рублей для юридических лиц.
Закон также вводит штраф за повторное правонарушение. Он составит 15-25 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц и 50-60 тыс. рублей для юридических лиц.
Срок давности по таким нарушениям тоже увеличивается с 3 месяцев до года.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
