Частичная мобилизация – минимальна, она затронет только около 1% от списочного состава военнообязанных (из 25 миллионов человек, находящихся в запасе, призовут только 300 тысяч).
С каждым мобилизованным будет заключен контракт, он будет иметь право на все выплаты, положенные действующим военнослужащим-контрактникам. Призванные на военные службу специалисты обязательно пройдут дополнительную военную подготовку с учетом опыта специальной военной операции.
