OctaneRender, движок для рендеринга 3D и эффектов, обзавёлся поддержкой сплатов в версии 2026.1 Alpha 1.

На видео показано как сплаты рендерятся в реальном времени при работе с DOF камеры, и как меняется освещение, когда другой объект добавляется в сцену.

Сплаты с трассировкой лучей работают медленнее, чем подходы на основе растеризации, однако есть все преимущества рейтрейсинга: сплаты видны в отражениях и преломлениях, могут освещать объекты сцены и отбрасывать на них тени.

Также внедряют поддержку разных AI сервисов: Kling, Luma, Black Forest Labs (Flux), итд.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
