In einer Pfanne Petersiliestängel, einige Basilikumblätter,Chilflocken und etwas Zitronenabrieb in Olivenöl kurz anbraten. Knoblauch reinpressen und ein wenig weiterbraten. Mit 2-3 Kelle Pasta-Wasser ablöschen. Zitronensaft hinzu und die noch nicht fertig gekochte Pasta in die Pfanne geben. Unter Rühren weiter kochen. Gegebenenfalls noch mehr Pasta Wasser geben und weiterrühren bis Pasta fertig ist. Vegan-Parmesan und klein gehackte Petersilie und Basilikum unterheben Mit Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack nachwürzen Fertig ✅
