Tomatenmark zugeben und 3 Minuten köcheln lassen. Mit Salz, schwarzem Pfeffer, Salbei, Thymian und frischem Basilikum würzen. Dazu passen Nudeln und Kartoffeln.
Tipp: Da der livonische Salbei und der taurische Thymian wirklich schwer zu bekommen sind, kannst du die beiden Zutaten auch gegen getrockneten Salbei und getrockneten Thymian austauschen.
