1 Zwiebel 2 Knoblauchzehen 200 g Zucchini je 1 rote und gelbe Paprikaschote 2 EL Olivenöl 1 EL Tomatenmark ½ L Tomatensaft ½ L Gemüsefond oder -brühe Salz Pfeffer 1 TL Kräuter der Provence 2 Tomaten ½ Bund Basilikum
Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein würfeln. Zucchini in 1 cm große Würfel schneiden. Paprika klein würfeln. In einem Topf das Öl erhitzen und Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Zucchini und Paprika darin unter Rühren 3 min dünsten. Tomatenmark einrühren und anschwitzen. Das Gemüse mit Tomatensaft und Fond aufgießen, aufkochen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kräutern würzen. Das Gemüse bei milder Hitze 8 min garen lassen. Tomaten vierteln und in kleine Würfel schneiden, dabei Kerne und Stielansätze entfernen. Basilikumblätter grob hacken. Vom Herd nehmen, und pürieren, es dürfen noch Stückchen zu sehen sein. Tomatenwürfel unterrühren. Die Suppe abschmecken.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data.
