Rosskastanie Salbe selber machen

Für die Salbe benötigst du:

30 ml Bio-Olivenöl oder Bio-Distelöl aus dem Reformhaus
35 ml deiner selbstgemachten Rosskastanientinktur
15 g Lanolin aus der Apotheke
4 g Bio-Bienenwachs
einige Tropfen ätherisches Öl (hier eignen sich etwa Fichtennadel- oder Wacholderbeerenöl. Das ätherische Öl dient dazu, die Durchblutung anzuregen. Du kannst es aber auch weglassen.)

Stelle zwei hitzebeständige Gefäße für ein Wasserbad und eine saubere Cremedose bereit.
Rühre Öl, Bienenwachs und Lanolin in einem Gefäß zusammen und erhitze es so lange im Wasserbad, bis alle festen Bestandteile geschmolzen sind. Das Gemisch sollte eine Temperatur von 60 Grad nicht überschreiten.
Erhitze parallel im zweiten Gefäß deine Tinktur auf ebenfalls 60 Grad.
Gieße die Tinktur anschließend unter ständigem Rühren zu deinem Öl-Wachs-Gemisch.
Nimm den Topf vom Herd und rühre so lange weiter, bis die Creme langsam abkühlt.
Sobald deine Creme auf Handwärme heruntergekühlt ist, füge ein paar Tropfen deines ätherischen Öls hinzu und rühre weiter.
Fülle die fertige Creme in deine Cremedose und lass sie dort noch eine Weile abkühlen.

Schreibe nun noch das Abfülldatum auf das Döschen, fertig! Im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt wird sich deine Salbe gute sechs Monate halten.

Tipp: Trage die Heilsalbe je nach Intensität der Beschwerden ein- bis zweimal täglich auf deine Beine auf. Massiere sie dazu vom Unterschenkel aufwärts bis hin zu den Oberschenkeln sanft in die Haut ein.
