Московский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу Руслану Ураимову, обвиняемому в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.б ч.2 ст.131, п.б ч.2 ст.132 УК РФ.
23.02.2025 Ураимов, находясь в помещении салона красоты «Нью-Йорк», угрожая применением насилия и убийством, совершил изнасилование и иные насильственные действия сексуального характера в отношении потерпевшей, против воли и желания последней.
24.02.2025 Ураимов был задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. 25.02.2025 ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину признал полностью.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
