Самарская губернская дума потратит полмиллиона рублей на видеосюжеты о своей работе
28 января на сайте госзакупок был опубликован тендер на оказание услуг по созданию и трансляции новостных телевизионных сюжетов о деятельности депутатов Самарской Губернской Думы на телевизионном канале за 459 тыс. рублей.
Новостные программы будут выходить не менее девяти раз в сутки, по 51 тысяче рублей за один выход. Продолжительность каждого сюжета должна составлять не менее полторы минуты. Сюжеты будут выходить в эфир по будням с 19:00 до 20:00.
Ранее на территории Самарской губернской думы проводилась уборка и вывоз снега за 400 тыс. рублей.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
