В преддверии второго чтения областного бюджета, на комитете по бюджету, ценообразованию, финансово-экономическому и налоговому законодательству рассмотрели заключения Прокуратуры и Ассоциации муниципальных образований.
Прокуратура выявила ряд социально значимых проблем, требующих дополнительного финансирования, в том числе: государственные программы и национальные проекты, социальную поддержку многодетных семей, жилищно-коммунальную сферу, защиту жилищных прав граждан, пожарную безопасность в лесных массивах, вопросы бездомных животных и транспортного обслуживания населения.
Ассоциация муниципальных образований представила предложения по расходам местных бюджетов.
Заключение Прокуратуры и предложения Ассоциации будут учтены при доработке проекта бюджета.
