2. Данные с SimplyWall. Шикарный баланс. Балансовая оценка все годы растёт, долги падали и они очень незначительные. Долгов 16,2B р., а кэша на балансе 317,1B р. Ожидается, что выручка будет расти, а прибыль стагнировать и даже падать (вероятно компания будет вкладывать средства в новые проекты или другую инвестиционную деятельность). По прогнозам SimplyWall дивиденды в следующие годы будут падать в реальном выражение. По мнению сервиса справедливая цена за 1 акцию Интер РАО около 28 р., что может быть и так, но не верится, что это будет в нашей жизни :) Основные акционеры: Роснефтегаз 39,22%, Россети 12,16%, остальные имеют более скромные доли, все на скрине.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
