Таких в Архангельской области много - особенно вокруг крупных городов в частной застройке. Ведь печки топить неудобно, а газ у нас стали подводить к домам только пару лет как. Пеллеты же всегда гнали за рубеж и котлы для частников не делали. Вот и грелся народ электричеством!
Теперь лафа закончилась - счета только начали приходить и получили их ещё не все. Так что шок начнётся у нас через недельку-другую, когда люди поймут что это не опечатка с лишними нулями в платёжке, а реальные счета им всучили!
⚡️Чем дальше тем страшней! Выборы губернатора полным ходом! Теперь из сторонников действующей власти можно вычёркивать и владельцев загородных коттеджей...

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
