Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
