Рахим Саидзода посетил нескольких дошкольных учреждений в столичных районах Фирдавси и Сино и отметил, что "воспитательная работа и благоустройство не налажены на должном уровне".

"Безразличие и невнимательность некоторых руководителей привели к тому, что процесс обучения и воспитания, работы и трудовой дисциплины в некоторых учреждениях до сих пор не решен", - подчеркнул министр.

Так, в детском саду №114 заведующая отсутствовала, а дети в одном из классов остались без воспитателя. Детсад №128 не был достаточно благоустроен, а в детсаду №89 воспитатели занимались посторонними делами, а не присмотром за детьми.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
