Add no swift, international banking cut off, oil price cap etc. And Putin definitely don't seem like a guy who can buy threats.
Russians are doing what they are doing regardless.

And one more thing apart from economical issues, just by knowing Russians really well. Saying that Russia "helped" win WW2 is the biggest insult you can make towards this nation. Big diplomatic mistake, even though it was said as a sign of respect.
