Трудно судить, насколько это желаемый Чибисом результат, ведь весь его губернаторский срок недруги вбрасывали информацию о том, что работа в Мурманске - лишь ступенька для продолжения карьеры на федеральном уровне... Но пока это явно не так.
UPD: Путин поддержал планы Чибиса баллотироваться на пост губернатора Мурманской области на новый срок и пожелал ему успехов.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
