В Ошской области задержаны члены молодежной группировки «Нейтрал». По данным ГКНБ, 9 января они толпой избили мужчину. В результате пострадавший с многочисленными травмами и колото-резанными ранами был госпитализирован в Ошскую областную больницу, где ему было проведено несколько операций.
Задержаны двое участников группировки - 24-летний Т.Т.Н. и 23-летний И.Э.И. Их водворили в СИЗО-25 города Ош. Устанавливается местонахождение остальных участников инцидента.
