«Местные налоги так и не стали значимым фактором в формировании бюджетов муниципальных образований. Полагаю, требуется здесь ряд системных мер для изменения ситуации. Например, успешным стал институт единого налогового платежа физического лица. Со следующего года он трансформируется в единый налоговый счет», - добавил он.
По мнению Андрея Турчака, это очень удобный инструмент для уплаты НДФЛ и налогов на имущество единым пакетом. Он добавил, что перед сенаторами стоит задача - продумать механизм компенсации выпадающих доходов для региональных бюджетов, либо принять решение о возврате в них части налоговых платежей.
