По версии органа предварительного следствия младший сержант подозревается в том, что 13 января 2025 г. являясь должностным лицом, находясь на территории воинской части, совершил действия, явно выходящие за пределы его полномочий и безосновательно применил в отношении военнослужащих той же воинской части насилие, выраженное в нанесении ударов специальным средством - палкой резиновой и разрядом электрического тока электрошокера. Постановление не вступило в законную силу и может быть обжаловано в установленном законом порядке.
