Тут, как и Хабаровске, остро стоит проблема с переселением людей из бараков.

Вот пример,
На улице 15 Погибших партизан, д. 40, в нежилой квартире номер 4 прорвало трубу и заливает квартиру номер 2, где проживает женщина пенсионерка с двумя детьми, один из которых несовершеннолетний.

Семье приходится каждый год, а то и по два раза в год за свой счёт ремонтировать трубы в чужой квартире. Администрации города дела нет до этой квартиры, хотя она муниципальная. А дом признан аварийным с 2018 года.

Между тем, в квартире вот-вот потолок рухнет от ежегодного затопления.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
