أنَّ الإنسان إنما يُمَيَّزُ على غيره من الحيوانات بفضيلة العلم والبيان، وإلا فغيره من الدواب والسباع أكثر أكلا منه، وأقوى بطشًا، وأكثر جماعًا وأولادًا ، وأطول عمرًا، وإنما ميز على الدواب والحيوانات بعلمه وبيانه، فإذا عَدِمَ العلم بقي معه القدر المشترك بينه وبين سائر الدواب، وهي الحيوانية المحضة، فلا يبقى فيه فضلا عليهم، بل قد يبقى شرا منهم.
كما قال تعالى في هذا الصنف من الناس : "إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُ البُكْمُ الذِّينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونْ"

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
