В этот масленичный четверг несу вам блинчики без вреда для диеты🥞

Страшненькие, правда, но зато с большим содержанием белка!

Рецепт⤵️

👉🏻 одно яйцо
👉🏻 один белок яйца
👉🏻 100 мл молока нежирного (у меня 1.8% жирности)
👉🏻 столовая ложка оливкового масла (можно подсолнечное взять)
👉🏻 скуп протеина (у меня пакетик шоколадного BombBar)

Все смешиваем - и на сковородку с антипригарным покрытием.

Из этой смеси получается три блина.

Калорийность одного - 122 калории;

БЖУ: 10.2/ 7.3/ 0.9

Я добавила к своему блину ложку кокосовой сгущенки. Получилось приятненько.

Вполне приемлемый вариант, если хочется блинов, но не хочется нарушать режим!

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
