Пользователь покупает «Telegram Stars» за рубли → оплачивает платежи в телеграм-ботах → разработчик бота может вывести «Stars» в крипту TON.
Нововведение связано с ограничениями со стороны Apple и Google. Пока неизвестно, распространится ли оно на версии, скачанные извне.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
