Страны договорились вести сотрудничество по следующим направлениям: совместная подготовка войск (сил), комплектование вооруженных сил, применение войсками вооружения и военной техники, материально-технического обеспечения, обмен опытом и информацией в рамках противодействия идеологии экстремизма и международному терроризму, обучение и подготовка кадров.
Также соглашение предусматривает участие в военных учениях и присутствие на них в качестве наблюдателей, визиты военной авиации, а также заходы военных кораблей и судов.
Документ опубликовали на официальном портале правовой информации. Настоящее соглашение заключается на неопределённый срок.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
