Для переселенцев строят новый жилой комплекс с несколькими домами 12-13-этажности на 257 квартир. Под строительство выделен земельный участок площадью 4,3 га. При выборе территории учитывалось мнение жильцов.

Квартиры будут сданы с готовым ремонтом. Семьям участников СВО предоставят дополнительную жилую площадь.
❗️Такой результат стал возможен благодаря активному участию главы Дагестана, который взял защиту интересов жильцов аварийных общежитий под личный контроль. Была создана рабочая группа, определен участок и начато строительство.
Всего в Каспийске подлежат расселению в два этапа 9 аварийных домов общей площадью свыше 11 тысяч квадратных метров.
