Предел маразма запрещать экспорт из России бакалеи (крупа, мука, сахар, раст.масло и др.) в розничной упаковке менее 2 кг партиями менее 28 тонн (контейнер)!
Это ведь товар повышенной добавленной стоимости, да и объемы такого экспорта не гигантские и не критичные для внутреннего потребления.
Однако же регулятор много лет регулярно полностью опускает шлагбаум на сахаре, рисе, р.масле и других товарах.
