Строить развязку начали еще в 2022 году. 1 августа 2024-го состоялось так называемое «техническое открытие». Но уже в сентябре Стройнадзор установил, что это было сделано без разрешения на ввод в эксплуатацию. Затем транспортная прокуратура обнаружила ещё одно нарушение — подрядчик самостоятельно демонтировал мешавший строительству участок железнодорожных путей, а переезд через них обустроил не по требованиям закона.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
