В городе и сельских округах организована кампания по вручению медалей «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне».

Сотрудники мэрии, депутаты Совета, представители молодежи посещают ветеранов и участников войны на дому, поздравляют их с Днем защитника Отечества и грядущим юбилеем Великой Победы и вручают заслуженные награды.

Цикл поздравлений начался в эти февральские дни и будет продолжаться в ближайшее время. Все награды обязательно найдут своих героев.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
