«لینک» نشان‌دهندۀ هویت مطلب است. هر مطلب از هر منبعی در فضای مجازی نشر یا بازنشر می‌شود باید لینک داشته باشد (نه فقط نام منبع) تا در صورت نیاز بتوان دید: ۱. آیا واقعاً چنین مطلبی در منبع مورد اشاره وجود دارد؟ ۲. آیا منبع مورد اشاره یک منبع معتبر و غیرجعلی است؟ ۳. آیا مطلب در بازنشر دچار تغییر عمدی یا سهوی شده است؟
لطفاً: ۱. مطالب بدون لینک را بازنشر نکنید و حتی نخوانید. ۲. از کاربران بخواهید مطالب بدون لینک را بازنشر نکنند.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
