На завтрак готовила овсянку на кокосовом молоке (разбалованном водой), потёрла немного тыквы при варке. В уже сваренную кашу добавляю банан, ядра конопли. Отдельно - кедровые орешки.

Обед:
- гречка (смесь обычной и зелёной)
- нут с копченой паприкой
- авокадо, огурец

Перекус в виде смузи-мороженого:
- замороженный банан
- немного манго
- раст.молоко совсем чуть-чуть
- конопляный протеин

Ужин:
- чечевичные спагетти
- морковь и брокколи запечённые в духовке
- хлебец с хумусом
