﴿والَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ ما آتَوْا وقُلُوبُهم وجِلَةٌ أنَّهم إلى رَبِّهِمْ راجِعُونَ﴾
أي: يفعلون ما ذكر من الأعمال الصالحة بقلوبهم وجوارحهم وهو مضمرون وجلا وخوفا من ربهم أن يرجعوا إليه فلا يجدونه راضيًا عنهم، أو لا يجدون ما يجده غيرهم ممن يفوتهم في الصالحات، فهم لذلك يسارعون في الخيرات ويكثرون منها ما استطاعوا وكذلك كان شأن المسلمين الأوّلين.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
