Безусловно, это не случайный неосторожный слив, а сознательный элемент пропаганды. Оправдание первого удара баллистической ракетой и новых — если они будут. Не думаю, что они уже все придумали, скорее всего Путин примет решение в ручном режиме. Может сегодня вечером, может послезавтра или вообще никогда. Гадать нет никакого смысла, мы даже не знаем, что является триггером для Путина. Уж точно не сам факт ударов по России, на Россию ему плевать.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
