Ранее сообщалось, что в индийских банках скопилось около миллиарда рупий российских компаний, которые им некуда было тратить. Россия и Индия пока отказались от расчетов только в национальных валютах, потому что существует серьезный торговый дисбаланс — Россия поставляет Индии товаров и услуг на 50 млрд долларов, а покупает на 10 млрд долларов.
«Сбербанк» и ВТБ ранее сообщали, что нашли способы конвертировать рупии в рубли.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
