Пашинян также впервые прокомментировал несостоявшуюся в Лондоне встречу с Алиевым 20 июля — её предлагала британская сторона. «Ереван не отказался от встречи, а по дипломатическим каналам предложил двухсторонний формат, который отклонила азербайджанская сторона», — отметил армянский премьер.
