📌بر اساس قوانین جدید، تمامی کارگزاران رمزارز باید تراکنش‌های ریالی خود را شفاف و تحت نظارت بانک مرکزی انجام دهند. برخی نمایندگان مجلس مخالف دسترسی بانک مرکزی به داده‌های کاربران هستند، اما این موضوع مطابق با قوانین تنظیم‌گری بانک مرکزی است.
📌همچنین، نظارت بر رمزارزها از وقوع بحران‌هایی مشابه مؤسسات مالی غیرمجاز جلوگیری می‌کند.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
