В 1917 году в Петрограде просыпается престарелая внучка декабриста: "Что за шум на улице? – "Там революция!" – "Как интересно! Мой дедушка тоже был революционером. И чего же они хотят?" – "Они хотят, чтобы не было богатых!" – "Странно. А дедушка хотел, чтобы не было бедных".
Вот и у меня есть ощущение, что 25 лет назад Путин, приходящий к власти, обещал удвоить ВВП и поднять уровень жизни до стандарта того самого Золотого Миллиарда. Четверть века спустя задача, кажется, состоит в том, чтобы опустить стандарт Золотого Миллиарда до российского уровня.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
