Руководство сети аптек «Апрель» решило массово уволить всех ночных сотрудников одним днём, сообщают фармацевты сети.

Управляющие начали рассылать по чатам уведомления о том, что сотрудникам, работающим в ночь, необходимо срочно прислать заявление на увольнение по собственному желанию, так как сеть аптек прекращает круглосуточную работу с 1 февраля 2025 года.

Очевидно одно — компания таким образом пытается ускользнуть от выплаты компенсаций сотрудникам, которые им положены согласно Трудовому кодексу РФ.
