Кудрявцеву вменяют самоуправство с применением насилия (ч. 2 ст. 330 УК РФ). Заявление в СК подано со стороны его оппонента по драке Гудкова.
В данном случае может быть назначено наказание в виде принудительных работ на срок до 5 лет либо лишения свободы на срок до 5 лет. Как будет развиваться ситуация в дальнейшем, покажет время.
