Главу Минздрава Айрата Рахматуллина раскритиковали в очередной раз – с лета он не может выстроить механизм работы для операторов колл-центра. По итогам ВКС Андрей Назаров поручил прописать в скрипты работников центра по записи к врачам дополнительный пункт: операторы будут перезванивать абонентам, как только поймут, в какое время будет возможен прием доктора.
Видео, кстати, уже набирает просмотры в соцсетях. Жители справедливо отправляют премьер-министра в обычную поликлинику в живую очередь, чтобы, так сказать, довести дело до логического конца.
