В частности, речь идет о получении миллиардных кредитов в МСП-банке подконтрольными ему вторчерметовскими фирмами, которые так и не были возвращены. В рамках расследования под домашний арест помещен предправления этого кредитного учреждения Дмитрий Голованов, якобы лично санкционировавший выдачу займов.
