"Ситуация была непростая, но в настоящее время прямой угрозы лесных пожаров населенным пунктам на территории Якутии не наблюдается. В результате проделанной работы мы видим позитивную динамику, только за сегодняшний день с начала суток в республике уже ликвидировано 12 лесных пожаров на территории свыше 100 тысяч гектар", - сказал Николаев. По его словам, в республике уже потушено в пять раз больше пожаров, чем за весь прошлый год.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
