Партизаны Белгородской Народной Республики провели информационную диверсию, распространив листовки с призывами вступать в армию. Однако QR-код на этих листовках перенаправлял на сайт, содержащий информацию о погибших. Целью акции было дестабилизировать общество, а главное — показать, что война против Украины является преступной и приводит только к смертям.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
