Ранее «ВТБ» оформил стройплощадки на контору «КЛ-Инвест», связанную с Аркадием Ильягуевым, близким к «ВТБ». Ильягуев связан с «Стройинвестгрупп», что контролируется «Рамант Холдингом», под управлением кошельков Андрея Костина. Стройплощадки, вместе с деньгами, Костин берет из «ВТБ» и использует как ему угодно.
Рыночную стоимость участков, которые перешли "Галс-девелопменту", оценивают в 3,7–4 млрд руб. Эксперты считают, что на них компания построит жилье - как минимум 315 тысяч квадратных метров недвижимости.
