Ночью ВС РФ атаковали ракетами и дронами авиазавод «Мотор Сич» и энергетические объекты. Сообщается, что была уничтожена подстанция «Новозапорожская». Больше 20 тысяч человек остались без электричества, еще более 17 тысяч — без теплоснабжения.

Пока известно как минимум об одном погибшем — это 47-летний мужчина. А в числе госпитализированных есть 2-месячный ребенок. Одна из ракет попала по жилому дому.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
