Предупреждение!!! Сегодня 24.11.2024 внесла в банкомат в Таллинне деньги, на экране была надпись, что деньги зачислены. При проверке счета через Сбербанк онлайн оказалось, что денег на счету нет, оператор обещает разобраться все-навсего до 5 декабря, так же предположил, что я положила деньги на карту другого банка через банкомат Сбербанка. Не рекомендую пользоваться данным банкоматом

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
