По его словам, сейчас законопроект о разрешении применять механизм эскроу в ИЖС дорабатывается к принятию во втором чтении в Госдуме, в том числе обсуждается вопрос, кто будет заявлять об окончании строительства объекта для раскрытия эскроу-счета.
