Икры на рынке более чем достаточно — в 2023 году произведено 25 тысяч тонн, из которых на экспорт ушло всего 9, а россияне столько просто не съедают. Уже к январю цены могут снизиться ещё на 10%, особенно когда спрос окончательно просядет.
Но бутерброд с икрой на Новый год всё равно обойдётся недёшево: в среднем 146 рублей за штуку, что почти вдвое дороже, чем в 2019 году.
