Армии, который уже не били открыто в спину отечественные либералы и олигархи, сделала свою работ, заложив основу для стабилизации российского северного Кавказа. Главный урок Хасавюрта - такие соглашения не прекращают войны, а лишь откладывают. Минские соглашения и свежий крах Сирии наглядно этому свидетельствуют.
