По случаю посмотрел документы по стимулированию малотоннажного СПГ и переводу всех и вся на ГМТ.
Внушает: энергостратегия, разные дорожные карты, автомобильная стратегия, транспортная стратегия, подпрограмма в госпрограмме, сейчас вот концепция рождается то ли в муках, то ли нет. В июне правительство субсидии повысило, регионы льготы по налогам устанавливают, комитет заседает. Одним словом начальство практически в непрерывном режиме занимается стимулированием.
А народ вроде как не сильно стимулируется. То ли что-то опять не так, то ли одно из двух. Ещё и Новатэк со своими акциями...

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
