Самый «молодой» вытрезвитель в крае открылся в Норильске в декабре, его уже успели посетить 37 человек.
Начальник полиции Александр Речицкий заявил, что «значительное количество» посетителей вытрезвителя обратились за помощью в эти учреждения сами.
